1. Check the material delivery note, specifications, batch number, and quantity to ensure they are consistent with the purchasing standards.
2. Conduct random inspection on the appearance, dimensions, performance, and material of the materials according to the sampling standards, and verify the qualification certificates.
3. Qualified materials should be labeled as such and stored on the shelf; unqualified materials should be labeled as isolated, rejected, and returned.
4. Record the incoming inspection data comprehensively and keep the inspection ledger.
PQC
1. First article inspection:
Before mass production, the first article must undergo a comprehensive inspection to confirm that the process, parameters, and quality are correct before production can commence.
2. Random inspection tour:
Conduct random inspection of semi-finished products at fixed intervals to verify process operations, key dimensions, and performance of the products.
3. Process self-inspection and mutual inspection:
Employees conduct self-inspection and mutual inspection at their workstations to prevent defective products from entering the next process.
4. Exception handling:
Upon discovering quality issues, immediately report and shut down the machine for rectification. Once the issues are closed, resume production.
OQC
1. Check the finished product batch, order information, and shipment quantity to ensure they are consistent with the shipment requirements.
2. Conduct spot checks on the appearance, functionality, and dimensions of finished products, and verify their integrity and compliance.
3. Inspect the packaging, labeling, accessories, and protective measures to ensure they meet the shipping standards.
4. Qualified products are allowed to be shipped; unqualified products are prohibited from being shipped and can only be released from storage after being reworked and passing re-inspection. Meanwhile, the shipment inspection records shall be retained.
